1. Digital Product Disclosure

1.      All products sold on our website are digital software license keys delivered electronically via email or customer dashboard.

2.      No physical product is shipped.

3.      By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product.
  • Delivery is considered completed once the license key is sent to your registered email or made available in your account.
  • Digital products may not be eligible for return once delivered.
  • We cannot cancel an order after the license key has been issued.

2. 15-Day Limited Return Window

We offer a 15-day limited return window from the date of purchase under the conditions below.

You may request a refund within 15 days only if:

  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product was not delivered
  • The license key is verified as invalid or non-functional.
  • There was a duplicate transaction or billing error.
  • We are unable to provide a working replacement key within 48 hours.
  • Technical issues Not resolved within 15 business days.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.

 If the key is confirmed invalid, we will:

  • Provide a replacement key, or
  • Issue a full refund

Verification (such as screenshots of activation errors) may be required.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The license key has been successfully activated.
  • The product was delivered correctly as ordered.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • Your device does not meet system requirements.
  • Activation failed due to user error, incorrect installation, firewall restrictions, or regional limitations clearly mentioned on the product page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product description
  • Compatibility requirements
  • Region restrictions (if applicable)
  • Activation method (Online/Phone)

4. Invalid or Non-Working Keys

If you believe your key is invalid:

  1. Contact our support team within 15 days.
  2. Provide your Order ID and screenshots showing the activation error.
  3. Allow our technical team time to verify the issue.

If the key is confirmed invalid, we will at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement key, or
  • Issue a full refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted where permitted by law.

6. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

To prevent fraud and digital misuse:

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.
  • License keys involved in payment disputes may be deactivated where legally permitted.
  • Fraudulent claims will be reported to the relevant payment processor.
